The bezel does look simular to gen.are you talking about the insert?if so the insert looks pretty good next to the gen

I see on PT that it's A2836 but in Chazingtime and intime both state it's A2824.

So as per [MENTION=83013]smoke[/MENTION]'s comment, if it's really the A2824, then it's a better Crown right?

Bro I can now confirm the new noob ym are coming with 2824 movement or sa3135 this means both cases are idental cg and crownheight. And both can take a gen movement.so now my dilemma what do I order a2824 blue dial or sa3135 or stock 2824 hmm .
Now if noob does this with the subs both cases will be gen like instead of the crappy 2836 sub cases

No not necessarily.but me personally since new skool reps are coming with sa3135 and 2824 there is no reason to ever buy a rep with 2836.

Alright, anyway i've already ordered the Gray Dial A2824 and another DJII A2836.

Not really sure of the difference in the movement for different watches, but i can be satisfied since you said that the A2824 case has the correct Crown height!

Indeed there was a thread on here ermithys noob ym and he wanted to know if I could see a difference in the cg shape of his eta ym and the sa3135 and I could'nt. Then it all makes sense, because the eta ym is a 2824 not a 2836,therefore the cases are both gen like.infact look pretty much identical to gen, Including the dark rehaut engraving and perfect shined rehaut

different stem height, one has a day feature (2836), different date change mechanisms , 2836 has a more rep friendly date wheel
