Lumes get charged and therefore turn green/yellow under natural light or fluorescent light but not spot light. I would imagine that when TDs take QC pics it is mostly done indoors and under fluorescent light which charges the lume.

We will not know the true charged lume colour of this v2 until we expose it to natural light or fluorescent light. Therefore we cannot do by TD pics unless we know what lighting conditions it was taken under.

Well said
Essentially someone who gets one will have to show some of their pics on their wrist, not QC

The bezel screws look great now, on par with the ZF 15500 but imo the dial has taken a step backwards. While the colour is improved the tappisserie pattern now looks like the JF. No gradual slope for each tappisserie square and therefore at certain angles, the dial looks like a city skyline

We wont see what the lume looks like till its in your hand unfortunately. Im sticking by what my dealer told me. Li said it looks the same i trust him. Honest as they come. Didnt even try to talk it up. Word for word he said "looks the same to me haha, minor improvements like the screws and dial" hes someone whos seen alot of reps id imagine. He is the dealer for 100s if not 1000s of people.

LI also told me that it looks the same as V1, but I see improvements in the screws!

Good day to all of you guys,

I look forward for somebody to answer to this question of mine. A month ago I asked some infos about the 15202 and the small sized wrists, and I still thank all the members that were so kind to dispell every doubt that I had. I also asked whether it is possible to ask on the forum the opinions of other members regarding QC pictures before their approval: my notion is that you simply cannot. I asked it since I've seen many times in this forum this practice. Unfortunately nobody replied.

In the meanwhile I received my QC. Since I'm a newbie, I'm little unsure whether to accept the watch or not... and I really don't know anybody personally to ask for their opinions.
I still think that mine it's a V1... even though, if found good, I would accept it. But I have some doubts in regard to a couple of screws nestled too deep int the bezel and an alleged misalignment between the 12-hour marker, the AP logo and the 6-hour marker.

My questions are:
1) It is true that we can't post any questions in regard to QC pics not approved?
2) If not (which is my notion) can I do it via Private Message to kind members of this forum?
2.1) Is yes, would be some of you so kind to let me know, so that I would send them in private a couple of pictures (some of them edited to highlight my doubts)?

I don't want to infringe any rule, and less than ever to bother you guys.

I hope I've made myself clear with this post.
Thank for your attention.

I bid you a good day,

B

Ok I've been talking in PM with a senior member that assured me about this matter. As I understood I'm allowed to post not-yet-approved QC pictures just in case I have a specific question about them.

They're actually two:
1) A possible misalignment on the vertical axis between 12 hour marker-pinion-AP logo-6 hour marker; it could also be the angle, I'm not sure.
2) I think that two screws are nested too deep in comparison with the other 6 into the bezel.

Attaching 3 pictures so that you could kindly expose your opinion (one original QC, the other two edited to highlight the details I'm having doubts on):

Looking forward to your expertise guys.
I sincerely hope that I'm not infringing any rule.

Have a nice day,

B

For the screw i think it's just the light play, for the marker they are OK to me, I let someone else to comment about it.
Don't forget this is a rep, also pictures are took within a minute so the angle is not perfect (when they take front pictures) so sometimes when you draw lines on it it's not perfectly aligned, also this is zoomed x 10, on your wirst you see nothing.

Thank you SHB for your answer. I received from another member of this forum in PM the same reassuring message. I know that we're talking about a $500 rep of a $40K gen, so it can't be perfect in any aspect.
There's something else: during the assessment of every picture I also found a third specific point I wanted to share with you, related to the deployante buckle (the brushed square that carries the AP logo on it): looks that within the logo there's still evidence of the machining into it. I searched across the forum but I couldn't find any pictures from any member regarding this element. Is it something that also you found out into your bracelets?

Attaching the picture, compared to the TD's website (in order to be sure I blurred every reference to the website, I'm not sure if it's possible to post pictures with weblinks on them):

Believe me, it's not something that's even closely distinguishable in real life. Keep in mind that the part you are talking about is about 7x7mm.

I agree. That is definitely the V1. Reject. In regards to the defects. Misalignment kinda looks like the td hasnt taken a straight photo. Hard to tell. Those screws are unnaceptable though. I agree the reps cant be perfect but the defects on those screws are dodgy asfk. If its a V1 the back screws and bracelet will eat your hairs up too. Hopefully V2 has fixed this. I would reject this and ask your TD for a better V2 piece. Make sure they know you will not accept a non V2.
