Here my comment about the transaction with Puretime:
Communication: As previously mentioned in this thread, communication has presented challenges. Despite my responses to their emails, there have been instances where they claim not to receive them. To address this, I have begun using both email addresses (qc and sales) every time.
Shipment: The watch arrived in Spain just 10 days after I confirmed the QC pictures, which is commendable, especially considering the Easter vacation period. Overall, the shipping process was relatively swift.
Product: The Ballon Bleu I received is of good quality. It operates flawlessly without any production defects. While I lack expertise for a direct comparison with the genuine product, I'm satisfied with its performance.
Overall Experience: My overall impression is ok. However, due to communication difficulties, there were misunderstandings from the outset, such as the assumption that the watch was readily available in stock, resulting in a delay of over three weeks. On March 19th, they proposed an alternative, more expensive watch model, citing delays from the AF factory. I expressed a preference for a refund, and the following day, they provided the QC pictures of my original watch. Weird....
I'm totally aware that this is not Amazon , and the 40-day timeframe from order to delivery may be considered average or even good in this context. However, compared to my previous experience with Intime (which took only two weeks for the entire easy transaction), this process felt more stressful.
