I'd like to buy a Cartier Ballon Bleu 33mm from Puretime.
I sent an email on the 11th of February to [email protected] but I still didn't receive any reply.
I'm aware of the Chinese holidays, and I will be patient some time more.

19-03 it has been over three weeks, and I still haven't received the QC pictures.
Communication with Puretime has been challenging so far. Despite consistently sending emails to the same addresses, they claim to not receive them at times.
While they're suggesting an alternative, more expensive watch model, I would prefer a refund if they're unable to provide the watch I initially ordered.

I don't know about your specific model but there has been some raids recently so a lot of the makers are laying low. This tends to happen around this time of year it seems. If they are suggesting a more expensive model it's probably because that one is readily available versus the one you purchased is not available at the moment how much of a price difference are we talking between the two? My suggestion would be to follow the dealers advice and accept the more expensive one assuming it's readily available

Women's models are not popular and take longer to source. Yes, men can wear 33mm, but generally 33mm is a woman's size.

It took me about 2 months to get QC for a 31mm Datejust from GMF

I am very sorry for this. We still need some time to wait for deivery from this factory. If you feel it's too long , we can do a refund. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
