Yea it is. But not just saying this because he is my friend but it is an amazing upgrade. I brought a brand new Rolex 3185 from him too and it is still in my movement draw. I will replace it because that is the only thing on my 16710 that isn't real Rolex but it runs so well and no one can tell that I keep thinking to leave it there for now. That movement doesn't loose a min. Amazing.
