Happy Friday everyone. Preparing for a ski day, so I pulled out the trusty mountain watch. I'm always amazed by the amount of abuse this thing can take... and it's fun when its barometer tracks the number of runs and total vertical feet skied during the day...

I also want to share this one with you, just arrived via M2M (thx Doc). With 8 hands, 2 date windows and a moon for good measure, it sure has a lot going on... but still manages to do it all without too much visual clutter. At 40mm, the slightly smaller size is a nice change of pace from most in my watch box...

Friday, the start of the weekend for many of my hard-working mates! (Uh, when one is retired, EVERY DAY is like Saturday, heh)! Anyhoots, for Friday, this Rolex Yachtmaster, w/ black dial. It IS a lovely watch w/ an excellent cyclops and all. I'd like to give credit for it where credit is due; but as you all know, bad case of CRS! (Comes with age.) dave:

Nice looking Aquaracer, Al! Love the dial and the overall presentation. I have both the gen (quartz) and the rep (w/ black rubber strap). ALWAYS looks great! Wear this well.
