IT'S HUMPDAY, FOLKS, and the day before Thanksgiving, so to mark this occasion, recently acquired Bulova Precisionist Diver secured from eBay seller Ashford Jewelers. Thanks to both age and brain farts, I've forgotten the name of this model. Sheesh! It is big and it is heavy --and easy to read. Seconds sweep IS fascinating to watch. (old pics.) dave:

THAT'S a beautiful Marine Star Chrono, Big! I didn't realize Bulova made chrono versions of the Marine Star. (I have an older Marine Star that I wear on rare occasions -- Blue & gold dial and bezel, TT bracelet.)

Saturday sees the wearing of this Stuhrling Original "Professional Diver" on black nato I purchased earlier in the year & last worn late April/early May. Pretty "nifty" quartz watch, interesting dial, decent weight & decent cyclops over the date window. "Professional Diver?" I don't think so: it has no screw down crown & a depth rating of about 100 m. Still, it's a very interesting piece. dave:
