Thank God I found RWI. I needed some work done on 3 of my watches and Mike was SPECTACULAR. I will ONLY use Mike for all of my rep watch needs. He was a great communicator, and was very fast. I’ve used him twice now and he never fails to get it done quickly and perfectly. Thanks Mike.

Absolutely. He’s a real talker he is. Once you get him going you can’t get a word in edge wise.
All kidding aside, he’s a great guy and one of the best watchsmiths we’re privileged to have. Real Top Shelf work from him every time

I got my very special project done with Mike and he's been accomodating and educational every step of the way.

The watch actually went to a watchmaker before and the project was sort of incomplete and I never got any reasons why. Unlike the previous watchmaker, Mike has been very descriptive on the *why* if something went wrong.

Also this is my first big project and there were some hiccups such as incompatible parts or parts that weren't correct per eBay listing. Again, Mike has explained why, and has been very accomodating and helpful in getting the project finished.

The finished project is amazing and needless to say, expectations were crushed!

Requested a full service for my 16710 Coke and Michal came through with exception work as always. He even replaced the rep with a gen GMT hand at no charge. WHAT!! So thankful we have him on the forums. Thank you again! Won't hesitate to come to you (as always) in the future.

Mike is the man! This was my 2nd time sending him watches to work on.

He installed gen xtal, gen crown + gen tube, gen bezel + gen insert + gen click springs, gen dial, and gen hands on the 116610.

He swapped bezels on my CF 226570 with my GMF 226570. He also installed a gen xtal on the CF 226570. He also installed a couple gen movement parts.

He did all this in time for Christmas. Thank you Mike, I’m looking forward to more projects.

Long over due for probably more than a dozen of my build.
Mike performed all services from full movement serviced, movement xtal, dial, handset swapped, from my daytonas to gmts to daydate to datejust. Amazing work on all of my watches. All my new watch and new installation all go to Mike for the last 2 years and will continue to do so. And all remain working flawlessly. Thank you Mike @watchservicesny

Another happy customer here. Mike too care of swapping a gen ETA into my BPFF and fixing the movement in my SD43. All work done significantly faster than SLA and both pieces came back looking and working great. Will be sending a few more pieces to him soon!

If you have never done a service through him, you should really consider it, not out of necessity, but rather the guy is a true craftsman with his work, it comes back flawless.. Cant thank having someone around here like him enough. - Thanks Mike hope you are feeling better bud.

Mike makes you sign in blood you won't pester him while you wait for him to complete work on your watch. That said, this gentleman does stellar work in a timely fashion. I sent him a Clean Daytona with an SA4130 V3 movement that is behaving erratically. He quickly sorted me out, waterproofed it, and returned it to me in about 14 days. I would happily send Mike more work.

Update: Something was amiss with this Daytona. I immediately had to send it back to Mike. He tore it down again, and found the problem. The only problem I had working with this gentleman was my impatience. Mike didn't charge me for parts. He then very graciously paid to ship it back to me. Thanks Mike!
