Once you've seen something your eyes don't like, you can't un-see it.
However, I would NOT send it back, it will take forever!!!! The TD will probably just get someone in a warehouse to switch the dial and it could come back with other defects.
Ask TD for a replacement dial or a discount on a new watch

Well if you insist on doing it yourself (I wouldn't do it on your only rep, if you really want to start learning, buy a beater watch or even a Parnis, and practice on that first), here are videos which can help you.
[How-to] Basic Watch Making Techniques

How to Attach Hands to a Movement

The videos were made by Cwazy who is actually a member here (cwazy1).
Same thing happend to me before. TD sent me a new dial and hands and I got my local watchsmith to change it out.
I got direct from a friend's friend who is a dealer in China. So far he has been following up with getting the replacement dial.Ask for a new dial , this is totally unacceptable and switch to a dealer that does good QC. Sead would never send me something like that and neither would Lucy. I bet it was one of the big TDs. Never do business them again.

Yeah I have been looking at his video but doesn't seem to have any tutorial on taking out the dial from the lower plate.
The first link is a playlist, if you look at the last video it is titled "How To Remove Dial And Hands From A Watch Movement [6497 and 2813/24/36]". Then if you scroll forward to the 4:25 mark, Cwazy starts describing on how to remove the dial from the movement, which is to slightly turn two screws until the screw notch is aligned to a nearby hole in the movement (on the underside). Then you can pry off the dial using some tweezers.
I'm sure the guy is a good guy but I recommend you move on to one of our trusted dealers. I prefer the smaller operations like

He does great QC for me and gets the best available in the market place. A good TD does the QC for you and then presents you with QC pictures to look at just to make sure , If you know the watch like some of the fanatics around here you can spot a little detail that may have been overlooked. But a good TD would never send you something like that.
I assume the sandwich dial is glued on?
If you get the dial you can sell it on M2M pretty easy if its a good version, I don't know enough about the PAM111 to pass judgement or change the dial yourself if confident and you listen to some of the pam experts, you will need some tools but if you get into this hobby tools are great to have, or you could send it to a watchmaker, I think you said you were in Asia. Pratt is in Singapore and he might do it for you
U had the same defect? Do u still have the photo to share?
