Hi, nothing wild about it really. Just want to say hello and start reading on this new hobby that’s bitten me. Really already grateful to the rep market, as I was spending far too much time looking for an Omega World Timer, the titanium version. Waiting for one to be available at a price I could live with… So in the interim, I bought a rep. Now, I’m no longer looking for the genuine article, not because the rep is so good, which it is very good. But because I don’t really like it now. It is extremely comfortable to wear, but reading the time, and even more the date, need me to put on my glasses, which is just too annoying. It’s a great looking watch, apart from there being, for me, not enough definition between the hands and the background. Anyway, that was a long diatribe about not very much. Other than a rep save me a lot of grief, and quite a lot of money… not to mention I’d then have to sell it on… Now for that day date I’m after…
