hey guys,

i've found my dream 15400, besides the fullgold white dial.
but i cant find this one on any td websites or official ap site.
maybe you guys know what model this is? or maybe a fantasy?

2 tone 15400 with blue dial on leather strap.
Trade dealers sell that model only on bracelet. You would have to buy leather strap + links since the one from bracelet won't fit leather strap .

RG/SS with blue dial is made by TF which is I think is decent rep.

Take off bracelet and links; buy leather strap for 15400 with deployant clasp and links that will fit.
Now since its TF I'm not sure if JF strap or links would fit. However I think you would go for custom strap not the one made by JF.

Yes, you have to get a TT watch and ask the dealer to also supply a strap with gold end-links.

Btw, Only TF factory make a blue dial TT watch.

If you can live with a black or silver dial, then buy a JF two-tone. It's superior in many ways.

^yes, sometimes they can supply parts like dials (especially if you're ordering a particular factory watch, then the Td can usually ask the factory for spare parts as well). Ask a few TDs and see what they say.

or buy JF and buy JF blue dial from the same TD and then install it yourself. If you don't know how go to a local watchsmith to do it for you.

Personally speaking, I ain't feeling the blue dial on rose gold bezel, with steel case and black leather. Too much contrasting going on here.

I personally prefer the silver dial version. Silver compliment the steel mid case and since its neutral, it also works well with black/brown leather strap.

@mech500 i'm confused, if i'm selling my fullgold 15400 against the two tone "custom made" black leathered 15400
its a tough choice. the fullgold makes to much noise. maybe i will order a leatherstrap only

^both JF and TF Two tone bracelets aren't very good.

The mid-links are NOT gold plated all over (only top and bottom faces of the mid-links are plated). It's an easy tell.

I personally don't like leather on a RO, since the bracelet is what makes a RO IMO but if you prefer leather, then go for it man.

I don't think JF TT is available on leather. You have to buy it on bracelet and order a spare leather strap with end-links
