Only a GEN for me with this watch. To disrespectful to Bob Paqual (sp?)
A GEN BBQ360 is the only way to go.
Even though I got "The E-mail" from OP saying I didn't get one, I'm still on "The List" and from what I unerstand, they're not threw with distribution yet.
People who got that "E-mail" still got "The Call."
Of course there is always FleeBay. OUCH!

Jakob says he has the artwork for the 360, hit him up with a PM.
The 360 way too hyped for my liking, it would be my luck the day that I would meet up with a Risti would the day I'm wearing a rep 360. The 360 is the new taboo, repping one would likely be the proverbially line in the sand for Risti's.
There's obviously a story about the real thing that I know nothing about. Why would anyone not want a rep of such a drop-dead-gorgeous watch! Wow.... I think I'll be first in line.
nielsen, the "story" behind the gen is that it was made in celebration of Paneristi.com's 10th Anniversary. Honestly, I'm a bit saddened that they "replicated" the 201/A dial for this project, but that's just me. Given the special purpose for this watch, namely celebrating Panerai fan-dom across the globe, there's no way I'd ever want a rep.

i would buy one.... no worries. i plan on waiting a year to see if "they" rep it. if not i am going to try to contract a build. i would also like a 111 style in dlc with that color scheme, that would be my preference really...

I'd rather get gen a gen 005 or 000 and have Avitt DLC it which would cost me a little over half of the retail of the 360. If I had the money for a 360 for what these are going for on the aftermarket, I'd get a Pre-V.
I was so impressed with the look of the 360 that I contacted Davidsen about it. He says he's working on it and it will be out next month. I'm excited! I'll get a clear caseback because originality isn't important to me in this case.
Is there anyone on the forum who will DLC a case? What would that cost? I'm just concerned about getting a PVD case and getting scratches in it overnight.

It's just a little darker than the genuine 360 DLC...But it's as close a match as you will find!
Here are a couple of pictures of my DLC (on the Rad YGG build) compared with a gen 360:
OK, indulge me for a moment..... What I like about the 360 is the simple dial, the colour of the hands and numbers, the black face, and the black case. I'm not a purist and don't need an 'exact' replica of the Paneristii 360--but I'd have to have the above combo. So...... if I were to get a cartel case (which one should I get?), have it DLCed (what a verb!) by one of our members, is there a face and hands available with that 360 colour combo that I could use to put it all together? .....and in the end would I end up with something that cost way more than Davidsen is likely to charge for his rep. 360?

There is no 360 dial currently being made. The 201/A has the same style/layout for the print, but the numbers are quite different. The 000 has a similar dial, with similar numbers, but the layout is different.
Why not just buy a 112 or 000 rep and have it DLC'd?

Absolutely, kkj...I beadblast the cases, to give them I nice, matte finish, which is identical to OEM.
You may be looking at the bezel of my Radiomir Homage case above. I left that polished, which gives it the shiny, ceramic appearance.
