Hello Jon....I am reaching out because I see you are in the US in Ohio and you indicate in your introduction that you have relationships with other repair vendors. I was wondering if you might refer me to someone reliable.

I bought a DateJust 31 Ladies 278289rbr GMF Silver Diamonds Dial on SS President Bracelet from PureTime for my Fiance for Christmas. It arrived, worked for a day and conked out. I took it to my watchmaker, but he does not work on Replica's. He went through the usual paces...40 winds...etc. It ran for less than a minute then conked out again. I am not getting any satisfactory response from PureTime and have been advised elsewhere on the forum to NOT send it back to China for repair.

As such, I suppose I need to bite the bullet and fund the repair myself, and I am wondering if you could recommend a trustworthy Replica repair specialist?

Any help is most appreciated. My fiance is dissapointed as am I...but I am trusting it will not be a total write off.
