Who can I commission to build a watch?

Hi all new member here. Scared to post in the ring place but I’m looking for an experienced watch builder to put together 16520 zenith style Daytona. If anyone can point me to the right direction that will help!

I believe there are a few modders who are able to do that and you have to look for them under the Modders Area I guess.
