my experience so far with hont watch (conversation starts a week after payment sent after no update so I asked for a QC). no response in over a week since offering my refund & has been holding my money for well over 30 days with little to no updates. I sent him btc so I’m unable to chargeback or contact my bank so it’s all on his end to process the refund. I’ve been very patient with him & tried not to annoy him but I’m so fed up now I just want my money back or some sort of response. this has been a terrible experience overall and I can see he is blatantly ignoring my messages as he’s responding to other people on RWI and is online currently while I’m writing this. I’ve been dealing with this for far to long now and I’m just very fed up. I’ve woken up everyday to check to see if he responded but nope just continual disappointment. hopefully this ends up getting resolved and I will continue to post updates on this for the next couple weeks to see if I truly was scammed or not. I mean one week already feels like more than enough time when if he wanted to send the money back he would have done it already. he’s been giving me the run around for so long now. be careful doing business. you can see I was giving him very simple short responses before I just eventually got fed up today and sent a longer more aggressive paragraph asking for my money back.

It's chinese new year, based on your timeframe you would not have found any trusted dealer able to get you your stock as factories are straight up closed. Should this be clearly stated on TD websites? Yes, it should, and it probably wasn't. In that regard you were misled and possibly wronged. But if you were patient your watch would have been in your country customs by now.

Something people have to understand with dealers who are actually in China is that often you do not have direct banking access to them. If you send them a paypal, they are not getting it directly to them, they have middle people so there are layers of protection. Same thing with crypto, bank wire, credit card, etc. Refunds are no different.

If you were a member here first you may have realized that, instead, you show up screaming that a dealer who is 16 years established and has done 1000 transactions with members this year alone has for some reason singled you out and decided to scam you. wtf dude.
So many people show up from reddit and think dealing with a dealer who is actually in China is like dealing with Amazon.

update: I have received my refund finally after making my post. Hont didn’t scam me he’s just a slow replier if anybody knows how to remove a post on RWI I would greatly appreciate the help as I don’t want to direct hate to him and that was never the intent I just wanted my money back.

But for OP, take this as a lesson. It takes some time, especially on CNY. For me, waiting for my QC feels good so I don’t get RL’d CQ stock

ty this was my first time ordering reps I saw somebody compare the customer support to Amazon under here and that is just a completely terrible comparison I’ve never dealt with customer service like this before and I definitely won’t be in the future. I see why I should have just bought the real watch in the first place saved me all the hassle and stress. maybe I just happened to purchase it at a really unfortunate time as well.

Lmfao 5k followers on reddit is a lot I just said Reddit because that’s where I’m assuming he gets a lot of his clients from. I’m an influencer and I have a big following on other platforms besides reddit hints why my reddit has 5k followers. I’m just happy this post pushed hont returned my money.

I literally just said I will be purchasing the real watch because the hassle of reps doesn’t seem to be worth it you’re such a fucking nerd. I just wanted my money back I don’t care about CNY or whatever tf it was over a month I received close to no updates and I was completely ignored about my refund until making this post.
