Quite like my 785. I think the patina on white has a really nice contrast. Closed caseback also a plus.

How about subdial? Are recessed like noob pam 113?

The sub-dial is flat/smooth. It's not recessed.

I really like the vintage look of the 785... Dilemma!


I was thinking of going for a 114 in Seads super promo and pairing it to with a pam177. Very attractive pricing! But the 177 is out of stock and he doesn't think it'll be back in stock at that price as an updated version is due out soon.

So I might just pull the trigger on a785 instead.

no, all white dial pam mostly with dot dial, imho

i think white dial don't look good with sandwich dial

i ever seen a bad rep with with white dial and sandwich dial, its look awful

I have ordered a pam785 and a pam177 from Sora. I just really prefer the patina(?) lume against the white face.

Just awaiting qc pics now... Cannae wait!

I would suggest the PAM 523 (42mm) or 499 (44mm) - automatic and has a date window.

thanks, 44mm would be great as I already have many straps. But anything in 44mm without date and auto?

I have been lurking here for some time, doing some research and now I think i have finally settled on a white dialed PAM. For those of you that indicated in this thread that you were making or contemplating a purchase, any updates? Pics, comments, or overall satisfaction? I was originally leaning towards 523 for my smallish (7") wrist but am open to 44mm.
