I can never see myself wearing a RM and this pic proves it much more. Can't get over the design and thickness.

Just got this.
Definitely not gen-like, but since I never said to my relatives that my RM is gen (nobody would believe it either :D ), I find the case material to be unique. The colour is not from paint or brush, but from like stacked material cut or something.
And it's really light weight, 73.03 grams to be exact. Even lighter than RM 27-01 reps. Makes it extremely comfortable to wear.
I'm sure its not for everyone since its not even close to the gen, but I'm quite happy wearing this for its uniqueness and light weight.

Yes, looks like smudges. But not badly applied, since i dont think it was applied in terms like it's painted or brushed.
The color is more like you stacked marbles and then cut em without added coloring.

Thanks for the review. Weight is great news, I've been looking for a very lightweight watch, welcome change from AP and Rolex.

There is no RM reps that close enough to the gen. So I think I'll just choose n enjoy them by their uniqueness :D
