yep its a rep...i think from teh first batch that came out they have correct the date wheel color..aligned it better and ofcourse fixed the caseback..mine says SpitFire not SpitEire

Sweet.....I just took delivery of a 3777 and Tudor black shield.....absolutely blown away with the look of them both....I'm looking for a better strap for the 3777 ..... Black leather/rivets/white stitching if anyone has any recommendations.

Timepeicerepublic from ebay. There are many good one with rivet.

The problem is the quality and accuracy of the rivets. Most rep rivets look totally off compared to the gen, they get rusty after 1 or 2 years or they loose the coating. At the moment I don't know very good rep pilots straps, some are quite nice or nearly good, but not perfect or even very good. The IWC gen pilot straps are expensive - but still unreached. Smooth, extreme high quality leather, perfect rivets, perfect stitch.

Hopefully I will have a new franken soon, it would be very sad to let the parts go
