Wise decision, that gen dial is a real beauty in sunlight.
The dial/hands contrast is poor and not even comparable to the black dialed 3717 but the subtle beauty of the Spitfire is unmatched. I am still in love and I am considering a gen (with ss bracelet) too.

Is this gen? So far I’m not aware of such texture being present in the dial of any reps.
No, it's a rep... Bought this one from a friend, he's not sure from which factory. The texture shows in sunlight, when it's dark it just looks like a 'regular' dark grey dial.
