Hi Fulvio! typing in english even if we're Italians! Are you happy with this? Is it a ZF?

Yes, ZF V3. It is precise and with a power reserve of about 36 hours. Nothing to remark.
I don't wear it much as I consider it as a dress watch, for everyday use I wear other types of watch.

Which factory? Can't decide which one is best.. always loved these Annual Calendars.. and I need to add another IWC to the stable (maybe two) if I opt for a nice Ceramic Pilot Chrono..

ZF factory. Just be aware: you are committing to one complex piece ;). Somewhere in the IWC thread I posted this movement on the workbench. c.o.m.p.l.e.x.... :D Setting date is a chore too, which is why it is wrong on the pic. I stripped a gear on the first day of ownership, which required a (free) factory fix via my favorite TD. Also, this blue hands version was never released in gen. But, man, it is a satisfying watch to own.
