I have 1 myself and I think the time accuracy is alright at about 5 sec +/- per day? You can regulate it when you remove the case back so no issue with regulating time.

The PAM 346 is absolutely an almost perfect watch.
I write almost perfect 'cause no rep will never be identical to its gen. But we're close gen-like here....
Strodda wrote that the caliber number is a base 7750 modified.
From yesterday to today , the 346 have a time of + 2 seconds.
The date is taken perfectly midnight. Like all 7750 Valjoux. And is a manual winding ! Marvellous...
If this is a watch to have.....?
I would say that is the Radiomir quintessential. IMHO
