The easiest way is to just send the watch to rnrprof and he'll do it all for you!

Honestly I've gotten all mine through m2m, since he regularly sells watches with them already installed on there. It's usually around $160 for crystal plus install.

Thanks!! This is a 372. 47mm, manual wind. These are pretty well repped nowadays so you should be able to pick one up for a reasonable price from TD or m2m.
