I have a 6.25" wrist and my PAM299 fits fine (you do have to remove some links ).

Mine fits tight with 2 removable links still to go. But it feels heavy and i somehow think Panerai is still best looking with straps (unless you have a bigger than 5.7inch wrist - mine measures that)
