It looks like a strap made by Aaron (combat strap).
He's making these straps out of WW2 Japanese canvas.
Straps made by Aaron are really well made but quite pricy, but not overpriced IMHO.

Completely custom. Less than $100; the very best made canvas that I've ever seen. Just got it a few days ago; blown away.. I saw this exact strap on paneristi and the poster noted that it was from Matt; post was 4-5 years old. So, I sent him a pic and asked him if he could make. Note; he also does a "new" style that I don't like as much as this. He offered both. I think this style and work is perfect for what I was looking for.
