Wow!

Please forgive the new guy for dumb questions... There are so many great pictures and amazing looking watches I am blown away! Am ordering another Panerai since my baby was stolen last year (Luminor Marina GMT Blue dial) and was wondering where some of these great bands came from. Does someone sell them here? Also I see some folks actually replace the dials? Is this a complicated process?
