I have the watch since it came out and didn't force anything for the patina appart from a 2 hours ''dive'' in a salted water bowl when i got it, just to break-in the shiny look.
All the rest was done naturally. I took it for vacations in Cuba in may and been in the water with it every day! It went back to super shiny to black, then green and now in this state. I really like it as it look now. Not too much, just perfect!

Yep the kw 508 seagull guts. This photo gives a good idea of how great the 508 looks irl. Unfortunately I dumped it
Looks much nicer on your wrist then in dealer photos! I think the crystal distortion is minimal.
