Looks great. I would keep the nick... it adds character. Besides this piece is supposed to be from like 2002 right?
Well got around to shaving the cg lever. Took another 3 hours but it snaps shit so tight. I love it. ONLY problem now is that the cg screw is stripped. Something I never noticed since the otehr cg didnt snap like this. SO if anyone wants to sell one let me know. I have some cg screws from a sub if someone wants to trade

Now anyone thinking of modding a seadbo cg to an OLD DSN case be careful it takes a lot of sanding of the feet but to there is a fine line between getting it right and shaving too much off. I'm right at the line where I can pull the crown out all the way!!!

I had a similar experience last night with fitting my polished Snembo's CG to my vac-built 104. Took me an hour to sand the feet... Luckily it's a perfect fit afterwards and no issue with retracted crown when setting the time. No I gotta refinish the CG to make it bright and shiny like the rest of the watch... Needs a couple more hours of capecod treatment...
