Depend your budget, you can find them on various website (ebay, dhgate,...) or you can invest in some custom or gen strap between 150usd to 300+usd

In the U.S.A. and for the best strap for your gen ROO, I suggest you go to an authorized Audemars Piguet dealer. You can also try apbands.com. Hope this helps.
If it is for a gen ROO, why not buy the rubber strap from the AP boutique itself? It fulfils your requirement for "best quality" too.
You cannot get any better than that.
