Hey team,

Hope everyone is staying safe! I have a question on where the crown release on the Miyota 9015 is?

Unfortunately - when I received my ZF Aquanaut from Trusty, the inside of the crown threads were perhaps damaged/slanted. Out of the box there was significant resistance to unscrew and it will not catch again when screwing down (no cross thread, I tried turning anti clockwise slightly to align before going clockwise again).

Now Andrew is kindly sending me another crown + stem (makes my life easier) and I have taken to the forum and Youtube to try and self serve. The guides on the forum that I have come across skip the crown release step and start with playing around with the movement when it's out of the case. The one article which looked to explain seemed to have a removed video (https://forum.replica-watch.info/forum/miyota/225599-removing-stem-on-miyota-9015)

I managed to go through a few Youtube videos (Longisland Watches) but those are Seiko movements and not the Miyota 9015, does not seem to have the same holes. Could I kindly ask the combined knowledge here if they have a link I could read through, OR if the stem release is one of the two highlighted spots below?

Thank you kindly in advance!
