Sent you a pm. Also still never heard any response back further from Lucy regarding the order issues.

Obviously I can not recommend her at this point. If she never got back to me regarding the order that does not give her good credibility. There is no reason for me to think if others order and have issues or do not get their shipment in, that they can count on any support after.

Been trying to give Lucy the benefit of the doubt, but at this point it has been almost two months since I notified her of the fact the watch was defective and damaged upon arrival.

Oh,friend,real sorry for reply you late to let you worried,too many things happend in recent months,
usually,every year,raids often happened on March and April,the situation always turned better from May,
but this year,the whole May,until now,the market almost have raids everyday still,
almost everday,I can hear some dealers or some small factories were raided,

so it's big affected to dealers and the big factories in the market indeed,many factories release watches are very slow,
if we want to send a watch back to repair/return/replace,the process is more slowly,
because of my QC and test,I always reject watches which have QC porblems,and send watches back to replace,
if so,need delay more time indeed,even I urge the factory again and again,it's no use,I can't decide and control it,

for your watch,friend,I real picked a good one for you from VSF already,
I let my VSF's friend picked one with aligned rehaut,aligned cyclops,centered dates,good amplitude for you,
then cleaned dust very well for you,these are the things I can pick and I can do for you,

but for the bracelet,friend,there is a plastic protective film on it,dealers can't tear it to check the bracelet,
so I can't do more about the bracelet,usually,the bracelet and clasp all are no problem,so I main check the watch head,
and pick one with good watch head,

if the bracelet problem can't solve,friend,you can send the bracelet back to me,just send the bracelet,no need send the watch head,
I will try to replace a new bracelet+clasp for you,

to be honest,let VSF deal with these things real very troublesome,because in most time,they don't accept repair/replace,

but if you need,the same like I told you before,I will try my best to solve it for you.

I will mark your email and reply you via email at once now again.

I made the payment a few months ago now and I'm still waiting. Not been updated for weeks. Definitely hope this is worth the wait.
Got a response from Lucy today. She and the smaller factories she works with are being cautious due to the raids according to what she described.
And in any case with the meticulousness she shows and only communicating when there is a real update, it may feel like long.

But yes, it will be worth the wait.
