Hi guys - I wasn't sure where to post this, and I couldn't find any similar questions through the search function. In brief -
Bought a watch from a trusted dealer on 22nd August, it arrived on the 30th. It was dead on arrival.
Agreed with the dealer that it would be returned, and fixed/a new one sent out. I shipped it back on 3rd September, and was told it would take 10-12 working days.
As of today, the dealer tells me it has still not arrived.
Is this a waiting game? Given how far past the 10-12 day window we are, and I assume we're not going to both wait indefinitely, how are issues like this usually resolved? When I ask the dealer, they just reply 'hasn't arrived yet', and aren't offering any solution.
