I have done Franken builds of both in the past. The 1675 is the tougher build because of the case. Most of the aftermarket cases are way too thick.
For the 5513, Yuki's meters first dial is a good option.

Have you considered getting a BP or 7750JF bracelet? Unless I missed something, that's a 23j JF, right? Really bad bracelet and bracelet fit on it.
