Aesthetically, not much.

Functionally, it is much harder to turn. Maybe because it's new, but it is stiff and requires considerable effort to turn. I've found that turning it clockwise when it gets "stuck" makes it easier to turn, so I think it's still in the break in period. Then again, I've read that a harder to turn bezel is the intention of the PA design so take that as you will. I like it, much harder to accidentally turn it when timing things.
