I can't figure out if I want the freshly serviced look. Or the vintage yellow patina look.

If you are sticking with a meters first dial. Some aging/patina looks great and accurate. Feet first, we see plenty of examples that are very "white".

Yes I like Yuki's Sub dials. Reasonable $ and if I remember you can order with ETA feet and ETA hands. We used one in my Yuki cased franken build a couple years ago and it turned out great. Generally need to redo the Lume on the dials and hands to give it some texture but can be used stock as well.
This was a Yuki dial. As stated earlier I wish we would have used a touch darker patina on this one. I do think this would be great color and texture for feet first.
