I can only comment coming from Sub C's and yes its noticeably thicker and quite top heavy. Don't know the exact height but the height is very noticeable compared to Sub C's on the wrist. The actual watch feels a lot smaller due to smaller dial and non maxi case but the height is much taller.

I once had a BP based triple six franken also with patina and all but this time the watch is gen 16600, I got it as a full set.
