Cartel case, Vietnam gilt chapter ring dial, re-lumed (chalky and more pale than yellow), drilled lug holes, and lastly aged insert.

I've actually modded it further a bit: swapped the stock insert for an aftermarket with fat font (aged to a deep matt blue), swapped the crown and tube to a 700 from Athaya, had the crown guards shaved down and polished as per gen PCG, and then aged the hands and dial slightly.. lastly my stock crystal broke during reassembly so I changed it for a flat type acrylic, which I actually prefer as it doesn't distort the dial.
