It's a 2836, so the beat rate is correct at 28,800bph.That's a very cheap Chinese movement.
The beat rate also isn't correct.
A new movement plus installation would be around 120-150$
Better off spending another 250 and get a brand new, up to date rep my friend

I agree though, that thing has seen better days. I think they got their moneys worth out of an old noob. IMO, a VSF would be the solid upgrade choice.
This. And the dial seems it that it actually is made to the ETA date position, not the correct Rolex position and an overlay.On a second glance, are you sure this is a Noob? Because the dial and hands aren't from Noob. The case and bracelet don't appear to be either. This looks like a parts-bin special, especially the back of the SEL corners being ground down like most DHgate/Canal watches.
If you can do the work yourself, Seagull movement all the way, especially if you have a connection with the watch.
