The base is 3KF with SW dial, SW hands, SW datewheel. Engraved movement with genuine 22k rotor. The strap is a ZF, the only rep strap that has the curvature as stock. Redrilled the lug holes to accept thicker masar spring bars.

Currently building a super franken based on a ZF case....

Looking at an aquanaut next. What do you recommend if I plan on swapping dial, hands, DW with SW? 3KF, or ZF case? I know the movement is better on 3KF.

If you don't plan to get any casework done I'd pick the 3KF + ZF strap + buff or SW set.
I went for the SW and the datewheel is perfectly aligned. looks good enough.

For full franken you want the ZF base, casework done, install clone movement and custom dial hands, dw... hope this helps
