That's a MKF v4
crooked 12 o'clock markers is a common flaw on those that's why it's good to catch it on QC pics and get version with straight 12 o'clock markers.

yep you have to mod the endlinks to fit the gen PP strap.. I haven't done it myself, the previous owner did the honor..
