I finally pulled the trigger on the PF Nautilus and so glad I did. This is by far the best Nautilus out there and I have had 'em all. Sure, there are a couple things that can be improved, but which rep doesn't have?

The bracelet really stands out on this version, so solid! All the previous 5711's had such flimsy bracelets...

Hour markers at 12 can be improved but not noticeable on the wrist.

Overall, awesome job by PF!

My biggest concern remains the dial colour. It looks a bit too blue, where the gen is actually quite grey, what say you @Phantomtech?

I'm honestly not sure, never really handled the gen up close!

Although, I should add, the rep does sometimes look grey under certain lighting. The dial really changes colors from light blue/grey to dark blue all the time.

Gen Nautilus actually had 3 slightly different dial colors.
First version was dark blue with slight purple tint, second edition was deep kinda dark blue sort of like PF rep dial and 3rd edition (the newest) is blue/gray.

The most wanted is 1st version with blue/almost purple dial.

Still on Paris holiday. Little Patek on the Champs-Elysées

AND off to the Land of the dead. Catacombs of Paris.

Some bones, like of 2 million people. Not all in this pile.

That’s really interesting, thanks.
