Cannot remember around $300 I think. Send Sead that pic. or whichever TD you like they can source it, although I remember that one took a bit of work to find, they are just not that popular.

I have not dealt with him as long, but have to agree with everything you say there, I would add patient and a host of other good things to that list. [MENTION=4966]sead1999[/MENTION] is a superb TD.
