Thrasher are you seriously advising taking debts for purchasing a watch? Well, I guess I should not interfere in this regard but taking debts for aquiring luxury seems to be a bad approach regardless of the conditions of the loan agreement.

Better save your stocks untill you can pay it cash. I know the swiss watch industry increases the retail prices on a regular Basis and therefore it appears to be a good idea to buy one as fast as possible, but looking at the prices for used ones the SMP does not hold or increase its value. Hence, in case of need you would have to sell it with loss and be bound to the loan.

If you can use someone else's money for free while yours earn interest do it, My 2531.80 is worth the same or more than I paid for it in 1997. Last but not least, your not going to live forever and you cant take it with you! Oh and if your concerned for my family they will be just fine, Thank You.

Why should I be concerned? Just made my humble opinion clear in this regard. Your 1997 SM may have a value increase, my 2013 SM Chrono Diver had no such increase (yet). And that's the point buying a watch on loan trusting on an increase and the opportunity to sell it with a margin is risky. And once again we are talking about luxury goods - if you can't afford them, save your stocks untill you can.

You should not be concerned and you should mind your own business because you have 23 posts/are not my friend and no right to hand out your unwanted advise.

I admire the mental gymnastics to try to frame a luxury purchase on credit as a responsible thing to do.

Oh go back to class U stupid Noob. Did you create a separate account or go get one of your boyfriends from LC100 to join. I'm now so worried that my life savings is in jeopardy because I'm so irresponsible.

I better go invest in the Stock market which is controlled by the super rich who run stocks or even sectors up when things look good then sell after a million Noobs have run it up another 10%+

Your advise is very basic and at a high school level sounds good but after working and going to school 54 years I think I have seen enough to know how to live well.

Finally got a gen full bezel assembly. Straight swap. Luckily, the clickspring works with the gen bezel. I'm over the moon with it again.
