If you know the part number you can buy most genuine parts at the Omega Boutique..or at least order them, You can't order LE parts without serial number. For sure you can get hands and bezels and inserts. I dont know about dials. Maybe different rules in USA . There is a UK seller on eBay who can also get most anything if you ask him. Of course all this is parts that are still made by Omega otherwise for sure good luck @bora12

Sorry I was mistaken. Different watch all together the item I referred you to is a textured dial. Guess we'll have to hear from OP =)
