What is the deal with RWG??

Don't even get me started on WUS. The idiocy that goes on there is ridiculous. I only post there to keep my account somewhat active. I have bought and sold a lot of gens there over the years, but that is its most redeeming factor. There are only so many "Do you wear your watch to bed?" type threads that one can endure.

I probably post more in WUS than I do here. It is just more active. However, there are things about it I don't like. For one thing I don't like "no discussion of things that may be illegal somewhere" policy while they blatantly ignore their own policy when it suits them.

What I would like is a lively forum that discusses Gens but is rep friendly. It would slightly differ from this this forum, which is a little slow at times, but discusses reps but is gen friendly.

As far as RWG & RG, I was there several years ago but something about the two didn't keep me. For rep boards I feel I fit here a bit better. I like HF; but it is a nearly dead forum. The same with Poor Mans Watch forum, and PMWF had that terrible web board software; that was enough to keep people away.

Well, it would be nice if the Flame free zone was actually used for a lot of posts instead of the General zone, but since most don't get flamed in the General zone this place has gone soft.

I'm a longtime member over there and it's where I buy almost all of my gen watches, but man...I can't stand to read the forums anymore. Same crap over and over again. Almost like "Who has the best sub?"...

Been there a long time myself and was beaten down BY it a long time ago...TZ too, mostly and TRF/VRF.
They are great resources for gathering intel and data though.
