..here's mine... about same age.

not sure if we're from the same batch :) but good to see some still around if so, not many know of the story behind these polished ceramic bezels

changed my strap a long time ago.. and serviced this watch once in 17 years.. honestly surprised the gold plating hasn't faded or tarnished yet

lol
You can get the replacement rubber/plastic pieces off eBay if you wish.

thanks for the tip bro :) i might.. eventually.. but really at this point the watch lives off of the polished (supposedly genuine) ceramic bezel

but yeah, I'll look into that.. I've had it and worn it on so many adventures it doesn't bother me anymore

thank you

Let’s put it another way. I’m happy to pay for the replacement pieces for you if you care to look for them. It’s not about the money, you can of course well afford them but I think that the gorgeous watch deserves a proper restoration to look complete sir.

No I'll get it my friend :) it's interesting you mention that word.. "restoration" .. maybe what drew me back here

lately I've been on a gold kick (recent Dubai trip did that).. so since I have a bunch of 18k real gold jewelry and knowing what I know now about plated/filled/vermeil all that other stuff besides real gold

it made me see if I see any fading/tarnishing of this hublot I had and ironically.. it does not.. BUT I am getting a huge itch to have it re-plated or something but I doubt I'll find anyone. It'll involve painting the numerals etc and nobody really works on Hublot's

but yes.. I'll get the rubbers fixed. thank you 🙏
