Is that a black dial? I have been chasing one similar 8days/GMT/24 model with the blue dial on the used market, but those are very difficlut to get by. However seems black to play very nice too Could you share what model is this? Thanks

Wore this today. One with a bit of history. Not an expensive piece, but priceless to me. A 1965 Caravelle (Bulova) day/date, 35 mm, manual wind, that was gifted to my father by my mother (RIP mom), before he was drafted. It has seen parts of the world not many have. Everything remains original with exception to the crystal (which is plastic). I have the original, but it was beat.
