What do you think about this strap?? (ASSOLUTAMENTE LOOK)

I love (like many others) the OEM ASSOLUTAMENTE strap... But it's very expensive...

And so I was looking for similar aftermarket straps and I found this one from HK TAN.

What do you think??

No no... I don't own it yet...

That's why I'm asking what do you think before ordering one... I think it looks great.. And for the opinions here I'm not the only one that thinks it looks awesome.

Thicker than the OEM ASSOLUTAMENTE and for me that's a good thing too... And price is affordable (139$) .

I think I'll get one of this for my 359 or for the new 360 (I want to DLC the 359 but Avitt is very bussy....).

Very nice, I read on one of the other fourms that the op bought a BOB BUFFALO STRAP and applied a little baby oil to the strap, from what i can remember it turned out very well, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300609531652?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 and a very very cheap alternative..

That is quite close....It is still quite pricey though......The OEM is around $240 so you save about a 100bucks....

Texture is not the same.

Assolutamente is waxed suede.

OEM are €130 in France.

Go OEM, you will not find the same ones.

I second PrDubis, I have a OEM Assolutamente and there's nothing like it! Definitely worth the money. i got mine from the LA boutique. Cost me $230 plus my state sales tax. Free overnight shipping

359 DLC looks amazing!!

And Assolutamente looks amazing too..

About the HK TAN .. I must say that a don't expect a "REP" of the Assolutamente.. I just expect a strap that looks similar (ihas influences) to the Assolutamente, and looks good..
Obviously is not the same leather and same feeling.. Also looks thicker than the Assolutamente.
But anyway that HK TAN looks awesome IMHO.

And the plan is to DLC the 359 and fit it on that HK TAN.. That would be a great combo IMHO...

try bob's coconut buffalo... it's a little thinner but is a good and cheap alternative to the asso strap. here's a pic..

That one's been bouncing around my pams for @ 5 years now....
It's a quite old "Jurgens" from Germany...
I think it fits the "mood" of this old. well worn. and Oxy-Clean, "abused" 192 quite nicely....
They've been together (off and on), for 5+ years now.....
A little EV Olive oil once a year maybe, keeps the strap from turning into dust!!....
