What do you all use to clean your panerai's

Would using a little soap and water on a VSF 312 be dangerous? I know it’s not going to be waterproof like a gen, so I just wanted to check.

Normally use a very small amount of washing up liquid,warm water and toothbrush for all my watches.
The washing up liquid gives them a really good shine .
