Pick a model you like and then research that one specifically. You will find a number of different factories all have different levels of quality. There's no one-size-fits all factory and many factories are known for just 1-2 brands. When I bought my 5711 I spent a good 5-6 hours deciding by looking at all the different QC pictures available here.

Listen, the only useful advice I can give you is:
If we suggest or recommend a place or dealer that doesn’t live up to your expectations, which are to be completely frank naive as there are no perfect replicas, you will probably be disappointed with us/the community for suggesting so and such…
Hence, do your research and by all means ask questions, but manage expectations and remember, even the most expensive high-end rep will never be identical to gen (the real stuff).
The best AP rep you can get is around 500USD, the gen of that model costs over 50,000USD.
