Hell yes...so much watch envy right now.I've Been eyeing this one off for a week now from perfectclones but it has the canvas strap which was rubbish on my avenger gmt.

Where did you get it...was it on the rubber strap or did you switch it out?

How does it feel on the wrist?

And buddy you are absolutely right, the canvas strap is crap. I have the gen black pro 3 with deployant mounted on it. The deployant is a stainless steel though (oem blacksteel is super expensive ~$700). I am still mulling over strap options.

Now the watch is an absolute gem. Fantastic finish and attention to detail; keeps good time too. The cobra dial contrasts beautifully against the black steel (pencil like graphite sheen). I have 6 3/4" wrist and it feels solid. Confident and stealth.

I agree I'd have to go deployment but yes gen cost is crazy...I'm trying to find a decent 2nd hand one but no luck.

Check out hontwatch (TD on sister site with decent reviews here) they have a grey nylon rubber backing with titanium deployment that looks amazing - I've just ordered one fingers crossed it's in stock.

Hont just mailed and said the quality was not good even before QC pics (so must have been bad)

I saw the band on another TD but all are new releases for sept so might wait for now.

That looks amazing......i think I'll have to add that to my list before I retire from this game......i have an avenger II seawolf yellow dial already but the colour is off.....is the colour of this one as close as they say in other thread? If so I'm all over it as a blacksteel...great combo if they've gotten the colour right....

The color is spot on. I checked it against the cobra stainless steel at my local AD. I have perfect vision and I could not tell a difference. Here's another pic. This ones with Hadley Roma Cordura Strap (rep fabric strap is crap).

Yup. I know it isn't as accurate as the black but I just love the way blue looks in the sun.

Very fine dial with reflections...thinking I need more colour in my collection and the tag aquaracer calibre 5 blue dial/bezel was at the top of the list but might just go with the steelfish. Decisions decisions.
